Deepen your understanding of scoliosis and other common imbalances that create chronic back tension. Learn corrective exercise, lifestyle tips, and release techniques to improve your back health.

Workshop Objectives:
* Develop an understanding of the mechanics and causes of scoliosis and chronic back tension.
* Learn simple assessments to identify these postural patterns.
* Learn corrective exercises, lifestyle tips, and soft tissue release techniques to prevent and treat postural imbalances of the back.
* Learn appropriate and effective techniques to integrate corrective exercise into your yoga practice and classes.

While this workshop is geared towards movement and yoga professionals, the content is offered in a manner that is easily understand for the general public with no background in anatomy and movement mechanics.
