Suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain? Notice that you slouch a lot?
Develop an understanding of Slouching, Thoracic Kyphosis, & Forward Head Posture. Austin will guide you through a series of corrective exercises & DIY therapy techniques that can easily be integrated into your daily life to improve your upper body posture and reduce chronic neck and shoulder pain.
* Develop an understanding of the mechanics and causes of slouching posture and forward head posture.
* Learn corrective exercises, lifestyle tips, and soft tissue release techniques to prevent and treat postural imbalances of the upper body.
