Discover how lower extremity instability and lower crossed syndrome may be affecting your life. You’ll learn relevant anatomy, corrective exercise, and DIY therapy techniques to improve your lower body posture.

Some topics discussed include: Flat feet, ankle instability, knock knees, lumbar lordosis, and core instability.

Workshop Objectives:
* Develop an understanding of the mechanics and causes of lower extremity instability and lower crossed syndrome.
* Learn corrective exercises, lifestyle tips, and soft tissue release techniques  to prevent and treat postural imbalances of the lower body.
