Group & Yoga Classes

Primal Motion Collective Conditioning is a group class offering a fusion of Primal Crawling Drills, Joint Mobility Training, Corrective Exercise, Yoga, and Physical Conditioning to optimize posture, movement efficiency, and transform physiques! This class can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels and age groups!

Primal Motion Collective Conditioning & Yoga Classes are hosted at various studios across Toronto and are available by request for groups of 5 people or more.

Pricing varies depending on the host studio and duration of class. This class can be offered in 60, 75, or 90min versions.
