Online & Distance Training
Online training is an affordable and convenient option for those looking for a customized training program to suit their body’s needs.
After completing an assessment either in person or over Skype (if you’re out of town), an online exercise program will be prescribed specific to your assessment results. You’ll be given a login account to access your program online with access to the following resources:
• Program Summary Complete with Your Program Variables (Reps, Sets, Rest, Tempo)
• Video Instructions of Your Exercises
• Written Descriptions & Photos of Your Exercises
• Printable Workout Sheets (In various formats)
It is recommend that your program be updated every 4-6 weeks for the best results.
